Wolford, Anna L. - 82 of Portage, passed away on November 12, 2022 in Altoona. She was born on January 12, 1940 in Colver. She was the daughter of Stephen and Anna (Orehowsky) Walwro.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Helen Hoffman, Margaret Nemergut and Dorothy Kozen and brothers: Thomas and John Walwro.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, William E. Wolford and their children: Brian Wolford and wife Therese (Tomaselli), Rob Wolford and wife Deborah (Secriskey) and Lori wife of Henry Harrsion, All of Portage. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Sarah wife of Nathan Youngblood, Benjamin Wolford and wife Cassidy, Alex Wolford and partner Natalie Novak, Richard Wolford, Jonathan Wolford, Devon Harrison and fiance’ Amanda Kulback, Kirstin wife of Adam Rocker, Bradley Rosemas and Tori Harrison and great grandchildren: Aiden and Sebastian Rocker, Lincoln Wolford and Beatrice Youngblood.
Anna was the sister of Barbara Knopp, Patricia Lauer, Mary Ann Kenney, Antoinette Walwro and Raymond Walwro.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Monday, November 14, 2022 at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. in Portage. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Portage, Fr. Thomas Stabile, Celebrant. Committal will be private to the immediate family.
