Obituary for Annette L. Krisko
Krisko, Annette L. - 79, of Portage, passed away June 19, 2022. She was the daughter of Earl and Sara (Walton) Howieson. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Krisko, children Gina Bentley of Newport News, Virginia, Steven Krisko and Joseph Krisko of Portage, Eugene Jr and wife, Cindy, of Hesston, and her sister, Veronica Rodriguez and husband, Salvador, of Fremont, Ohio.
Also survived by grandchildren Kayla Roberts, Brianna Marzok, Drew Bentley, Joseph Krisko, Emily Krisko, Sam Krisko, and great-grandchildren Jaxson and Jordyn Roberts. Sister in laws Mary Ann Krisko, Martha Krisko, Louise Krisko and Joann Kisic, all of Portage, also survive her.
Annette was a loving mother, wife, and friend. She loved flower gardening, trips to camp, reading romance novels, swinging on her porch and enjoying all the birds and hummingbirds in her yard. She also enjoyed crafting and decorating her home, weekend car rides to sightsee and get ice cream, and family gatherings.
The Krisko Family will receive a reception of family and close friends on Thursday, June 23rd from 10 AM until an 11 AM, Celebration of Life Service which will be held at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Fr. Thomas Stabile, officiant.
Our family would like to thank her caregivers Bonnie Paronish and Vi Bowser for their loving, compassionate care at home, as well as Forest Hills Personal Care Home for their excellent care in her final days. A heartfelt thank you goes to her special friend, Carrie Seaman, for always being there for her. Although gone from the physical world, we will all love, miss, and cherish you forever. Your smile and love will always be with us.
