Heming, Bernice – 63 of Beaverdale, formerly of Johnstown. Passed away on January 6, 2017 at her son Davids home. She was born July 7, 1953 in Johnstown. She was the daughter of Bernard and Jane (Williamson) Heming. She is preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Kellie Jo Roth.
Bernice is survived by her son: David Heming and wife Jennifer of Beaverdale and her daughter: Tamra Heming-Vasbinder of Sidman. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and her siblings: Edward Heming of Johnstown, John Heming of Gallitzin, David Heming of Johnstown, Patricia Jo Heming and Henrietta Woods, both of Chambersburg and numerous nieces and nephews
She was a former employee of Page Bedding of Richland where she made mattresses. At Bernices request there will be no viewing, visitation and services. The Heming family is being served by the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home Inc. of Portage.
