Obituary for Beverly K. Costlow
Costlow, Beverly K. – 68 of Lilly, passed away on November 28, 2021 in Altoona after a courageous 16 ½ year battle with cancer. She was born on March 1, 1953 in Indiana, PA. Beverly was the daughter of Dean Henry and Annabelle (Fulmer) Henry-Blankenship. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Beverly is survived by her husband: Clyde Costlow of Lilly and her children: Heidi Church and Robert Neff of Altoona; Laura McConnell and husband Mike of Altoona; Candice Apperson and husband Andy of Chandlersville, OH; Crystal Steck-Sheldon of Nanty Glo and Joe Costlow of Lilly. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the sister of Robert Henry (Iris) of Clymer; Mike Blankenship (Gloria) of Clyde and Rita Blankenship of OR.
She is also survived by her canine companion: Pug Lee.
Beverly was a retired LPN and caregiver. She loved her family and friends and she was always there to lend a helping hand.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11 AM at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Lilly. The Costlow Family is being served by the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. in Portage. On-line condolences may be made at www.decortfh.com
