Obituary for Darryl L. Bobolsky
Bobolsky, Darryl L. “Bo” – 59 of Portage, passed away on March 7, 2022 in Portage. He was born on January 19, 1963 in Johnstown. Darryl was the son of Joseph and Joyce (Strachan) Bobolsky. He is preceded in death by his father.
Darryl is survived by his mother, Joyce of Portage, his fiancé, Jacquie (Baith) White of Portage and her daughter: Timara wife of Mark Kopp and their daughter: Rozlynn Kopp, all of Altoona. Darryl is also survived by his siblings: Jeanette wife of Jim Maurer of Ebensburg, Marsha wife of Bill McGuire of Nazareth, Brian Bobolsky and wife Linda, Eric Bobolsky and wife Renee and Joel Bobolsky and wife Kim, all of Portage, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Darryl served his Country proudly as a U.S. Army Veteran. He was formerly employed as a Supervisor with Conrail for many years. In the past, he enjoyed quad and snowmobile riding with family and friends. He was a jack of all trades and he was very handy when it came to working on cars. Darryl also enjoyed volunteering at the Portage Food Panty.
