John is survived by his brother Martin Karduck and wife Shirley (Weakland) of Boalsburg and his nephews: Daniel Karduck and wife Laura (Verne) of Harrisburg, Scott Karduck and Fiance’ Dr. Meghan McDoniel of State College and Lieutenant Craig Karduck and wife Lauren (Tramontano) of Kingsville, TX.
John was class president at Portage Area High School, where he graduated in 1967. At one time, he was an active medical director of over 30 EMS throughout several counties and the list goes on.
