Noel, Harriet J. E. - 63 of Portage, passed away on November 3, 2021 in Portage. She was born on September 20, 1958 in Altoona. Harriet was the daughter of Hilary J. and Loretta G. (Flynn) Morris. She is preceded in death by her parents, and these siblings: Phillip W. Morris, Betty Lou Noel and Gloria J. Holland.
Harriet is survived by her children: Michael P. Noel and wife Chris of Dysart, Billy Noel of Portage and Tiffany Wherry and Husband Earl of Beaverdale and her grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Jonah, Michael Jr., Kaidance, Gabriel, Xander, Heidi and Zoe and her great grandson: Earl. She is also survived by her companion Pat Nicholson of Portage and her siblings: Patricia A. Spalla and husband Richard of Portage, Anthony J. Morris and wife Brenda of Duncansville and Mary A. Tucker and husband James of Portage and numerous nieces and nephews and her former husband William Noel of Portage.
She was formerly employed as a caregiver at Rebekah Manor. Harriet enjoyed horseback riding with her sister Mary in the past. She loved camping, kayaking, flowers and all things nature. She enjoyed trips to the beach and she loved a good game of bingo.
