Obituary for Helen D. Von Stein
72 of Lilly, passed away on August 1, 2020 in Altoona. She was born on July 29, 1948 in Altoona. She was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Chervick) Lingafelt. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, husband: William Von Stein and son: Charles Von Stein. She is survived by her sisters: Marleen wife of Kevin Prosser of Lilly and Karen wife of William Struck of Maryland, niece: Maria wife of Francis Serenko III and great nieces: Annettalee and Aurelan Serenko all of South Fork. Helen is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She retired from the State after 32 years of service as a nurse’s aide for the Altoona Center. At the family’s request all services will be private. Committal will be held in Carson Valley Cemetery in Altoona. The Von Stein and Lingafelt family is being served by the Matthew R.
