Wills, Irene L. – 67 of Portage, passed away on June 14, 2022 in Johnstown. She was born on June 6, 1955 in Altoona. Irene was the daughter of Dorothy (Litzinger) and Carl Klatt. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Carrie Wills and a brother-in-law: John Borlie.
Irene is survived by her sons: Doug Wills and wife Heather (Earhart) of Kittanning and Rob Wills of Cresson. She is also survived by her grandchildren Zack and Zowie Wills of Kittanning. She was the sister of Regina “Jean” Borlie of Munster, Theodore “Ted” Klatt and wife Darlene of Beaverdale, William Klatt “Bill” and wife Margaret of Lilly, Patricia “Pat” wife of Hayden Schrift of Munster and Steve Klatt and wife Rose of Munster.
Irene was a former registered nurse. She received her degree in nursing from Mount Aloysius College. She enjoyed spending time at home, relaxing, while reading a good book.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Portage, Fr. Thomas Stabile, Celebrant. Committal will be held in St. Bartholomew Church Cemetery.
