Blazauski, Jerry – 73 of Ebensburg, passed way on December 3, 2020 in Ebensburg. He was born on July 20, 1947. He was the son of Caroline and Tony Blazauski. He is preceded in death by his parents. Jerry is survived by his daughter Crystal Lysinger of Altoona and a brother Joseph Blazauski (Joann) of Portage. He is also survived by numerous extended family members. Jerry enjoyed Harley Davidson and watching old movies. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all services will be private to the family. The Blazauski Family is being served by the Matthew R.
