Carpenter, Katherine E. – 26 of Portage, passed away December 3, 2018 in Altoona. She was born on January 9, 1992 in Maryland. She is the daughter of Brian and Michelle (Combs) Carpenter. She is preceded in death by her mother and paternal grandfather Richard Carpenter.
She is survived by her father: Brian Carpenter of Florida, her brother: Christopher Carpenter of Windber; her son: Vincent Dutko of Altoona, and her grandmother: Rosemarie Carpenter of Portage. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was a 2010 graduate of Forest Hills High School.
At the family’s request there will be no viewing, visitation and/or service. The Carpenter family is being served by the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home Inc. of Portage. Memorial contributions may be made at www.decortfh.com to help the family with final expenses.
