Obituary for Kathleen F. "Kassie" Richardson
Kathleen F. “Kassie” Richardson – 63 of Portage, passed away at home on October 14, 2018. She was born on February 1, 1955 in Johnstown. Kassie was the daughter of Albert and Sylvia (Moyer) Pfeilstucker. She is preceded in death by her parents and these siblings: Kay Townsend, Alan Pfeilstucker, Anita “Peewee” Ringler, Thea “Ted” Stager, Michael Pfeilstucker and Colleen Williams.
Kassie is survived by her husband: Bruce A. Richardson of Portage and her children: Kari and Mellissa Richardson, Michael Richardson and wife Sara (Burda) and John Ronan and wife Dottie all of Portage. She is also survived by her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly: Ganyn Nugent, Corbin, Kaylee and Paisley Richardson all of Portage. Kassie is the sister of Dan Pfeilstucker and wife Sandy (Ray), Pat Pfeilstucker and wife Rose (Burda), and Jackie wife of Bob Kunko of Portage.
She was formerly employed by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. She loved to go camping and spending time with friends. Family always came first to Mama Kass. She enjoyed life to the fullest and she loved every moment she spent with her grandchildren.
Family will be received friends from 4 to 8 PM on Wednesday, October 17th at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. Committal will be private to the family.
