Obituary for Lizabeth J. Lewis
Lewis, Lizabeth Julia (Rimini) – 43 passed away on June 29, 2022 at home in Windber. She was born July 14, 1978 in Johnstown. Liz was the daughter of Charles and Sherry (Hamonko) Rimini. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Nicholas and Rita (New) Hamonko and her paternal grandparents: Charles and Josephine (Cannonie) Rimini.
Liz is survived by her parents of Portage, her sons: Anthony Lewis and girlfriend Annie Matse of Hooversville, and Nicholas and Alec Lewis of Portage and her sister: Sarah Rimini of Danville. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends including, but no limited to Nicollete (Hamonko) Edwards and Ray Edwards, Amy (Hamonko) and Mike Middleton, Aunt Jane Snyder and a special childhood friend Martina Vermeulin.
Liz was a 1996 graduate of Portage Area High School and a 1998 graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Cosmetology Program.
A Private Service will be held for the immediate family. Memorial contributions may be made in Liz’s name to the Portage Area Ambulance Association, PO BOX 237, Portage, PA 15946.
