Obituary for Lorain Jones
Jones, Lorain –“Boy”. Heaven opened the gate to welcome this very special angel. Son of William and Anita Jones. Preceded in death by his parents and twin sister Romayne (Jones) Salsgiver. He is survived by his devoted, loving sister: Ruthann “Chick” wife of Wayne M. Pinos, Sr. with whom he resided. Beloved niece: Sheri wife of Shawn Little of Altoona, Mike Pinos of Portage, Lance (Jennifer) Pinos, Morgantown, PA and Heather wife of Chad Hooper of Hollidaysburg, PA. Adoring uncle to Dylan Little, Preston, Nicholas, Jordyn Pinos, Avery Quinn and Collin Hooper. Also survived by step-brothers: Robert and Ronald Moyer. A dedicated employee for Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped for 35 years. “Boy” loved family and social gatherings, going to the beach to collect shells to give to his friends, Disney World, Nashville and most recently the Trump Rally. Due to the horrific danger caused by the Corona Virus there will be no viewing. Interment in Maple Spring Cemetery in Jerome, PA. In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Lorain’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Cambria County Humane Society, 743 Galleria Dr. Ext., Johnstown, PA 15904.
