Obituary for Margaret M. Fields
Fields, Margaret – 95, passed away, Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 at Cambria Care Center in Ebensburg. She was born on April 20th, 1925, the daughter of the late Engleburt and Mary (Wymer) McConnell. She is preceded in death by brothers and sisters: Katie Booterbaugh, Leonard McConnell, Grace Swope, Elmer McConnell, Anna Myers and Cecelia Burk. She is survived by two sons: Duane (Edith) Hoover of Portage and Howard James Hoover of Oklahoma. She is also survived by two granddaughters: Barb Hoover and Patty Hoover both of Gallitzin and a grandson: Jimmy Hoover of Oklahoma along with 3 great grandchildren: Dakota, Ciara and Jakoby Hoover and numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends and family. Margaret enjoyed spending time with her family and was a very religious person. She will be sadly missed by all. The Hoover and Fields Families are being served by the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home Inc. in Portage.
