Obituary for Marjorie A. Hochrein
Hochrein, Marjorie A. - 92 of Portage, passed away at home on June 22, 2019. She was born on May 17, 1927 in Lilly. Marge was the daughter of Paul and Pasqueline (Marsh) Stanslaw. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Chester G. Hochrein: son-in-law: James Shedlock, sister: Lurencia Burgess and brothers: Victor, Alfred, Joseph and Carmen Stanslaw.

Marge is survived by her children: Leslie Shedlock of Bedford, Maryann wife of Don Brunnet of Portage, Ross Burgess of Chambersburg, Marybeth wife of Tom Maloskey of Chambersburg and Chet Hochrein and wife Renee (Wilcox) of Cassandra. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and her special niece and goddaughter, Bonnie (Hochrein) Davis.

Marge was a very loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. Family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At Marge’s request viewing and visitation will be private. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 10 AM on Tuesday, June 25th. 2019 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Portage, Fr. Thomas Stabile, Celebrant.
