Phillips, Marsha L. – 72 of Cresson, passed away on September 5, 2019 in Cresson. She was born on September 17, 1946 in Pittsburgh. She was the daughter of Charles and Rose (Burke) Seabolt.
Marsha is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Walter M. and her brothers: Gary Seabolt and Ken Burke.
She is survived by her sister: Connie Schmidt of NJ and numerous nieces and nephews. At the Family’s request there will be no viewing, visitation or services.
