Obituary for Mildred A. Zock
Zock, Mildred Ann – 86 of Portage, passed away on July 2, 2022 in Johnstown. She was born on November 5, 1935 in Lilly. She was the daughter of John S. and Anastasia V. (Bradley) Nadolsky. Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Robert “Tucker” Zock and her brothers: Francis S., Michael D., John J. “Yush”, James E. and Leonard C.
She is survived by her children: Patricia “Tia” wife of James Weaver of Duncansville, Bob Zock and wife Diane of East Freedom, Lori Reffner of Cresson and Tom “Toey” Zock and wife Denise of Portage. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the sister of Mary Ann wife of Arthur Cordwell of Allison Park, Kevin Nadolsky and wife Cindy of Cresson and Anastasia wife of George Cornman of Wallkill, NY.
Mildred enjoyed shopping, bingo and getting out and going for a drive. She was always up for a good yard sale or shopping for a good “find” at the local thrift stores such as Goodwill. Mildred enjoyed the holidays, especially Christmas, when she could display her collection of Hallmark Ornaments.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. in Portage, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 11 AM, Deacon Samuel Albarano.
