Obituary for Paul F. Williams
Williams, Paul F. - 58 of Lilly. Passed away at home on September 24, 2015, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was born on November 11, 1956 in Johnstown. ��The son of John Williams, Sr. and Olga (Kertes) Williams. Preceded in death by his father, brother, Robert Williams and infant sister Mary Ann Williams. Survived by Wife Theresa "Terri" (Reeping), his mother Olga Williams of Portage and these children: Jamie wife of Patrick Allen of Beaverfalls; Jodi wife of Christopher Mandichak of Ducansville and Ryan Williams of Blue Ridge Summit, PA; Grandchildren: Hannah Williams and Jordan Allen, granddaughter to be. He is the brother of Patti wife of Jim Tomlinson of NC; John "Jack" Williams, Jr. and wife Judy of Portage; Peg wife of Pat Spenlau, of KY; Dorothy wife of Steve Eckenrode of Cresson, Steve Williams and Ellen of Portage and Fran Williams and wife Nancy of TX. Mother and fathers-in-law: Martha and Tom Smolka of Youngwood and Bob Reeping, Sr. and Linda of Latrobe. Brothers and sisters-in-law: Pam wife of Joe Slezak of Latrobe; Linda wife of Mike Suchta of Cresson; Bob Reeping, Jr. and wife Denise of Blairsville and Dan Reeping of Derry. Also survived by many special nieces and nephews. ��A retired railroader with over 30 years. Paul was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed sports especially, the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins and he was a Nascar fan. He also enjoyed watching NCIS with his daughters Jamie and Jodi. Most importantly, Paul, will be remembered for his sense of humor, his positive outlook, his strong will to live and his devotion to his family. Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 PM on Sunday at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. of Portage. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Alleghenies Chapel in Lilly, Monsignor John R. Sasway, celebrant. Committal in St. John Cemetery in Portage. ��In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
