Obituary for Ronna J. Burda
Burda, Ronna J. (George) – 64 of Portage, passed away on July 16, 2021 at home. She was born on April 27, 1957 in Nyack, New York. Ronna was the daughter of Ronald and Patricia (Dellaconno) George. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son: Michael Burda and her brother: Jim George. Ronna is survived by her husband: Michael Nemec of Portage and her children: Schelley wife of Steve Ebersole of Portage; Justin Nemec and Fiance’ Marissa (Lashley) of Ebensburg, and Alicia Nemec of Portage. She is also survived by her brother: Raymond George and wife Mimi of Cassandra, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ronna enjoyed camping and spending time with her friends and family. She was a great mom and friend to all that knew her and she was always there for you no matter what. At the Family’s request there will be no viewing, visitation or service. The Nemec and George Familys would like to thank the nurses and caregivers with 365 Hospice and Resta Home Health for the love and care that they gave to Ronna.
