Costo, Samuel J. - 54 of Martindale. Passed away on June 27, 2012 at home. Born December 4, 1957 in Johnstown. The son of Steven Costo, Sr. and Margaret (Real) Costo. Preceded in death by parents, and brother Albert Costo. Survived by children: Carly K. Costo and Samuel A. Costo, both of Portage and these siblings: Steve Costo and wife Sandra of Roaring Spring; Joseph Costo and wife Maryann of NJ and Patricia wife of Bruce Robel of KY. Also survived by Uncles, Paul Newfield and Sam Real both of Portage. At the family's request there will be no viewing or visitation. Committal will be private to the family.
