Fisher, Travis R. - 32 of Portage. Passed away July 12, 2013 at home. Born September 5, 1980 in Johnstown. The son of Richard L. and Donna L. (Brunnet) Fisher. Preceded in death by maternal grandmother Edith Brunnet and paternal grandparents Edward and Mary (Williams) Fisher. Survived by parents, daughter Katie Lynn McCarty of Lilly, and sisters: Tara wife of Scott Amann of Pittsburgh and Amanda wife of Chris Kostan of Cranberry Township. Also survived by grandfather: Donald Brunnet of Portage, and nephews: Brock Amann and Godson: Chase Amann, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Travis was a formerly employed as a logger and he loved to fish and hunt and race quads. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Sunday at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. of Portage and on Monday from 9 AM until time of service at 10 AM at the Martindale Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Pastor Timothy Deitrich. Committal in Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family for a charity of their choice. On line condolences may be made at www.decortfh.com
