Obituary for Georgetta J. (Minor) Moreau
Moreau, Georgetta J. (Minor) - 64, passed away on October 19, 2018. She was born on November 28, 1953 in Windber, PA., to the late George and Elsie (Coleman) Minor.
Besides her loving husband Jay, she is survived by a son Bradley Moreau and his wife Shannan of Oakdale, a daughter Melissa Moreau of Norwich and grandchildren Drew and Elsie Moreau. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters; Joann (Leo) Wirfel; George "Butch" (Janet Plummer); Ronald (Patricia Kosch); Marlin (Dolores Marsalko); Linda (Ronald) Snedden; Patricia (Bryce) Chernicky; Karen Oravecz; Kenneth Minor; Douglas (Irene Barbalish); Dianne (Joseph) Fox; Dennis (Tracie Skrout); Barry (Charlene Chernicky); and Brenda (John) Fox and by numerous nieces and nephews. Georgetta is also survived by her mother-in-law: Anna Jean Hughes and her sisters-in-law: Cleda Bushwack and Linda (John) Haynes.
She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Minor.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Monday, October 29th, 2018 at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. of Portage. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018 at 11 AM at St. Bartholomew Church in Wilmore, Fr. Joseph Nale, Celebrant. Committal will be private to the family.
