Obituary for Bernadette I. Brinzo
Brinzo, Bernadette I. - 65 of Richland. Passed away on May 1, 2016 at home. She was born on May 26, 1950 in the town of Wesley Chapel. The daughter of John and Catherine (Dynice) Pierce. She is preceded in death by her parents. Bernadette is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Peter “Bud” Brinzo, her daughter: Denise wife of Tom “Toey” Zock of Portage and her son Craig Brinzo and wife Ali of Orlando, FL. and her grandchildren: Victoria and Landon Brinzo of Orlando FL. She is the sister of Jack Pierce and wife Mary of Alabama, Eugene Pierce and wife Bonnie of Pittsburgh and Guerney Pierce of Alabama. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and her neighbors. Bernadette enjoyed gardening, cooking and embroidery. She was a faithful and devoted Christian. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Thursday at the Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Portage, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 AM, Pastor Gary Tustin, officiant. Committal will be held at Richland Cemetery.
